As they are the future of roofing, we have taken matters into our own hands and have currently set on apprentices to be taught by our highly experienced operatives on site to ensure only the best training.
Each operative will receive a full NVQ and plenty of on site experience. We do not outsource labour at JPT, all of our operatives have worked for the company for a number of years, they are all fully qualified and certified by all major roofing manufacturers and it is our hope that our apprentices after qualifying, carry on their roofing careers at JPT also.
